Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled AI/ML Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, and data-driven application development. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions to solve real-world business challenges using cutting-edge AI/ML technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for various use cases.
Work with large datasets to perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
Build predictive and recommendation systems using algorithms such as regression, classification, clustering, NLP, and computer vision.
Optimize model performance, scalability, and accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into production environments.
Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML frameworks, libraries, and research trends.
Implement model monitoring, retraining, and continuous improvement strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI application development.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy.
Hands-on experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI is a plus.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment of ML models.
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, APIs, and microservices.
Strong understanding of algorithms, statistics, and data structures.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or Docker/Kubernetes.
Knowledge of Big Data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop).
Exposure to LLMs (Large Language Models) and AI model fine-tuning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
