Job Description We are seeking a passionate AI/ML Engineer with 1.5–2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and a strong understanding of AI concepts. You will be responsible for building intelligent systems that solve real-world problems and enhance our products and services. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions. Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets for training and testing models. Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for performance and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing products. Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML advancements and best practices. Prepare documentation and reports on project progress and model performance. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in machine learning, data analysis, or AI development. Proficiency in Python and popular ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.). Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and deep learning concepts. Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn) and version control (Git). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with NLP, computer vision, or time series forecasting. Understanding of MLOps and deploying models in production environments. Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) is a bonus.
