• Edit short-form videos (mainly 60–90 sec Instagram Reels & podcast highlights) across multiple client projects.
• Manage transitions, pacing, and storytelling for engaging content flow.
• Integrate stock footage, stock images, or AI-generated visuals to enrich videos.
• Use AI tools (training provided) to:
• Match lip sync with voiceovers for AI-generated talking videos.
• Fine-tune outputs for smoother, natural-looking content.
• Maintain branding consistency and style alignment across client verticals.
• Stay updated on the latest reel trends, formats, and editing techniques.

• Proven experience as a Video Editor (reels, short-form, podcast snippets preferred).
• Proficiency with editing software (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve or similar).
• Strong understanding of transitions, pacing, color grading, and sound sync.
• Creative mindset with adaptability across industries and tones.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new AI tools (training provided).
• Attention to detail, especially in syncing audio with AI-generated visuals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/clients while meeting deadlines.

• Prior experience with AI video/image tools (Midjourney, Runway, Pika Labs, etc.).
• Knowledge of social media trends and storytelling formats.
• Basic motion graphics or animation skills
