Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced AI Video Creator to produce high-quality, 100% AI-generated video content for marketing campaigns and training programs. This role is critical to scaling our brand presence and delivering engaging educational content across multiple audience segments, including enterprise executives, transformation consultants, and training students.

Required Technical Skills

Proven expertise with AI video/audio platforms, including (but not limited to):

• ElevenLabs

  - Voice cloning and AI audio generation

• HeyGen

  - AI avatar and video creation

• Higgsfield

  - AI video production

• Sora 2

  - OpenAI video generation

• Descript

  - AI-powered video editing and post-production
• Strong portfolio demonstrating

  photorealistic AI video production

• Experience creating content that is indistinguishable from human-created videos

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging AI-generated marketing videos for social media and digital campaigns
• Develop comprehensive training video libraries using AI tools
• Produce viral-worthy short-form content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
• Clone and optimize voice models for consistent brand messaging
• Collaborate with leadership on content strategy and messaging
• Maintain quality standards, ensuring realistic, professional output
• Stay current with emerging AI video/audio technologies
• Optimize workflow for scalable content production

Ideal Candidate Has

• 2+ years of experience in video production (AI-generated or traditional)
• Portfolio showcasing AI-generated video work
• Understanding of marketing funnels and audience segmentation
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging visual content
• Strong project management and deadline-oriented mindset
• Experience with enterprise B2B marketing (preferred)
• Knowledge of SAP, digital transformation, or IT consulting industries (bonus)
