Role Description

We have multiple part-time or Consultancy/Freelancing roles for AI Trainers, Coaches, and Consultants at Beacon Technologies which is an EduTech company in AI & STEM. The roles are based in the Greater Hyderabad Area, with some work from home being acceptable for online courses. Tasks will include training clients on how AI can be used to Transform different Industries, coaching team members on AI best practices, consulting on AI strategy and implementation, developing educational materials, and providing support on AI-related queries. The training classes would involve showing highly technical and practical details by using AI Agents of how AI can be used in Industries like IT, Finance, Education, Pharma, Medical, Legal, HR, Accounting, Media, Food, Construction, Transportation, Logistics, Product, Travel, Architecture and Project Management and Security & Film to do transformation. 

Qualifications

• Experience in training and coaching on AI & STEM fields
• Knowledge of AI & STEM foundations, Python Langauge, Gen AI, Agentic AI, Cloud AI, LLM, SLM, RAG, Real world MLOps workflows, Prompt Engineering, Computer Vision, strategy and implementation
• Experience using some or all of toold like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Lovable, Hugging Face, LangChain, fine tuning of LLM's using QLoRA, MLflow, Docker GitHub Actions, SageMaker and Vertex AI is a plus
• Consultant positions require strong consulting and client-facing skills
• Ability to develop educational materials and content
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
• Master’s degree or PHD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields from reputed and accredited institutes is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 Years to 10 Years of working in the Industry is a must.
