Role Overview: You will be working for a leading global AI organization as an AI Sales and Marketing Data Specialist. Your main responsibility will be to enhance next-generation AI systems by applying your expertise in customer engagement, sales operations, marketing strategy, and business communication. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology, data, and commerce and are keen on influencing how AI understands human business behavior. Key Responsibilities: - Annotate and label datasets related to sales and marketing projects using proprietary tools - Ensure high accuracy, relevance, and contextual depth in all labeled data - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows and systems for complex business data - Support AI model training and evaluation through intelligent data selection and analysis - Apply critical thinking to identify sales/marketing insights that boost AI performance - Adapt quickly to evolving guidelines while maintaining precision and consistency Qualification Required: - Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related commercial roles (e.g., sales manager, marketing strategist, or representative) - Excellent communication skills in professional and conversational English - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities - Self-motivated with the ability to deliver results under minimal supervision - Deep interest in technology, innovation, and commercial strategy Work Environment: This is a hybrid or remote role available in the U.S. or internationally. The training period will be from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM PST for two weeks, followed by timezone flexibility. You will need a reliable computer and smartphone for remote work.
