Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mohali district for an AI/Robotics Trainer. The AI/Robotics Trainer will be responsible for providing instructional training related to robotics, robotic welding, and robotic processes. Responsibilities include planning and delivering technical lessons, assisting with troubleshooting and preventive maintenance training, and guiding participants in handling robotics equipment. The trainer may also support hands-on scenarios, imparting industry-relevant expertise to prepare youth for future employment opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in robotics and robotic systems, with expertise in Robot operation and theory
• Experience in Robotic Welding techniques and processes
• Skills in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in robotics systems
• Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance protocols for robotic machinery to ensure optimal functionality
• Strong communication, instructional, and mentoring skills to train candidates effectively
• Preferred: Familiarity with skill development programs and vocational training methodologies
