AI Product Specialist

You are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic AI Product Specialist to support the implementation and governance of AI solutions within the HR ecosystem, primarily leveraging SAP SuccessFactors. This role is pivotal in coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing AI feature testing, ensuring responsible AI practices, and tracking performance metrics to facilitate data-driven HR decisions. You will be responsible for leading and supporting the rollout of AI-driven features and functionalities within SAP SuccessFactors, including virtual agents, predictive analytics, and intelligent recommendations. Collaboration with HR, IT, and vendor teams to integrate AI capabilities aligned with business needs will be a key aspect of your role. You will evaluate and advise on agentic AI capabilities and their potential integration into HR workflows, in addition to designing and overseeing test cases for AI features, including validation of outcomes across diverse user scenarios. Monitoring for bias, accuracy, performance, and user acceptance of AI outputs will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will collaborate with product managers, data scientists, HR stakeholders, and compliance teams to ensure successful end-to-end implementation. Managing communication between stakeholders to ensure AI product milestones are met and defining and tracking KPIs to measure the performance and adoption of AI features are crucial tasks. You will also support the development and visualization of AI dashboards to provide insights on usage, fairness, and efficiency. Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team to ensure AI implementations meet both user expectations and regulatory requirements is an essential part of the role. It is required that you have sound knowledge of the end-to-end testing process on HR applications such as ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, HCM cloud, etc., as well as good experience in Agile methodology to work on specific tools like JIRA or ADO. A Bachelor's or Master's degree with over 10 years of relevant experience in core Testing, including managing defect management in tools like ADO, is necessary for this position.
