Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced AI Model Developer to design, build, and optimize AI/ML models for solving complex business problems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in training, fine-tuning, and deploying machine learning models, along with strong expertise in Python and deep learning frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models for real-world applications.
• Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
• Fine-tune pre-trained models (e.g., LLMs, vision models, domain-specific models).
• Implement AI model APIs and integrate them with existing systems/applications.
• Conduct research on new AI techniques and apply them to improve performance.
• Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and product teams to build scalable AI solutions.
• Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, NLP, and deep learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras).
• Experience with LLMs, NLP, or Computer Vision projects.
• Knowledge of AI APIs (OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Hugging Face, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in model training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI/ML deployment.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience in MLOps, model monitoring, and CI/CD for AI.
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) for LLMs.
• Exposure to reinforcement learning or generative AI.
