AI ML Tester

As an AI Tester at Emerson, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of AI-driven applications through various testing methods. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other team members to enhance the performance and usability of AI applications. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing detailed test plans, conducting rigorous tests on AI-based applications, identifying and reporting defects, developing automated test scripts, preparing test data, performing different types of testing, and contributing to the improvement of QA processes and testing frameworks. You will need a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 1+ year of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning frameworks, and NLP is essential, along with excellent English communication skills. Being a cross-functional, detailed, organized, and proactive teammate who is willing to accept feedback and implement changes promptly is crucial for success in this role. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in an Agile development environment, have a curiosity for software installation and configuration, and possess strong research skills. Preferred qualifications that set you apart include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance testing for AI-based applications, knowledge of ethical AI principles, and proficiency with automated testing tools and AI platforms.
