Content will be generated using platforms such as Gemini Canvas and Notion. The goal is to simulate real-world enterprise productivity workflows across user personas, enabling creation of query-answer pairs grounded in realistic usage scenarios. Scope of Work by Platform & Persona 1. Canvas Teachers: Create course content, upload syllabi, schedule quizzes, design assignments, grade submissions Students: Enroll in courses, submit assignments, take quizzes, participate in discussions Admins: Manage user roles, permissions, course templates, and academic policies 2. Notion Project Managers: Set up dashboards, task lists, timelines Team Members: Update tasks, log statuses, embed resources Admins: Configure shared workspaces, workflows, and permissions Each persona will simulate actions relevant to their role to generate representative content. This content will then be used to formulate test queries (For example: If a teacher creates a quiz on "Photosynthesis", a query like “What quizzes has Ms. Khan created in the last 7 days?” can be tested against the environment to evaluate the agent’s performance.) Key Responsibilities Define persona-based seed data Create realistic enterprise content across Canvas and Notion Formulate queries based on the content Validate agent responses using the seeded data as ground truth Required Skills Experience in generating query-answer pairs Familiarity with enterprise productivity tools, especially Gemini Canvas and Notion Ability to manage metadata and simulate workflows relevant to different personas
