Job Title: AI & Full Stack Developer

Salary Range: ₹6,00,000 – ₹9,00,000 LPA

Experience Required: Minimum 4 years

Key Responsibilities

• Take complete technical ownership of the organization’s product development and IT infrastructure.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications across the full stack (frontend, backend, database, cloud).
• Build and integrate AI/ML models into existing and new products to enhance automation and intelligence.
• Lead end-to-end project life cycle including requirement gathering, system architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Manage DevOps, cloud hosting, and security protocols to ensure reliability and performance.
• Work closely with the founding team to align technology with business strategy.
• Mentor and build a future tech team, setting coding standards and best practices.
• Explore and implement innovative technologies that can accelerate the start-up’s growth.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Full Stack Development: Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (React.js/Angular/Vue.js), backend technologies (Node.js, Django, Flask, or Spring Boot), RESTful APIs, and database management (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• AI/ML Expertise: Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and deploying AI-driven solutions.
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (deployment, scaling, monitoring).
• DevOps & Tools: CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Kubernetes.
• System Architecture: Ability to design scalable, secure, and efficient system architectures for start-up environments.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration ability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in full stack development with AI/ML implementation.
• Previous start-up or product development experience is a strong plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
