Sr AI Engineer

Experience- 5 to 10 years (relevant 4+ years)

Location- Cochin/TVM

Job Purpose (both Onsite / Offshore)

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and AI solution development. You will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing AI/ML models for real-world applications, working closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams.

Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI/ML models for business use cases.

• Lead technical aspects of AI solution development from data processing to model deployment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production systems.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and technical guidance.

• Optimize model performance and ensure responsible AI practices.

• Research and prototype cutting-edge AI techniques (e.g., transformers, generative models,

reinforcement learning).

• Contribute to the evolution of the AI/ML tech stack and tooling.

Job Specification / Skills and Competencies

▪ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

▪ 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, including building and deploying models at scale.

▪ Strong coding skills in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

▪ Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model lifecycle management.

▪ Proficiency in ML pipelines and deployment using MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar.

▪ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related AI/ML services.

▪ Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling.

▪ To adhere to the Information Security Management policies and procedures.
