Core Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain PyTorch-based training and inference pipelines.
• Develop modular, reusable code for data handling, model serving, and evaluation.
• Optimize model performance to improve speed and maintain accuracy.
• Improve data transfer pipelines across platforms (Windows ↔ Linux) using protocols like gRPC or similar.
• Ensure high code quality through testing, documentation, and CI/CD practices.
• Support deployment of ML models into production systems or internal tools.
• Collaborate with algorithm experts to convert research concepts into scalable engineering solutions.
  

Required

Minimum Qualifications

• MS/MTech with 5+ years of experience in algorithm development.
• Strong Python and PyTorch development skills (minimum 3 years).
• Expertise in software testing, version control (Git), and deployment practices.
• Experience working in product-based, semiconductor, or hardware manufacturing environments.
• Strong job stability (minimum 2 years tenure per organization).
• No academic gaps and full-time degrees only.
• Graduates must be from Tier-1 or top regional engineering institutes (IIT, IISc, IIIT, BITS, NIT, etc.).
  

Preferred

• Experience with data serialization and transfer protocols (gRPC, protobuf, shared memory).
• Background in cross-platform development and system integration.
• Strong mathematical foundation.
