• Building tool-calling flows, RAG pipelines, and hybrid search
• Deploying AI agents on cloud (containers, identity, monitoring)
• Implementing observability, evaluation, security & guardrails
✔ 4–5 years GenAI app dev experience
✔ Strong Python (asyncio, typing, pytest, CI/CD)
✔ Hands-on with an Agentic AI framework
✔ Experience with vector stores & retrieval systems
✔ Cloud deployment + monitoring + security fundamentals
Multi-agent patterns, Azure AI Search, Elasticsearch/Pinecone, DevOps (Docker/K8s), frontend integration for agent UIs.
