Position: Salesforce QA Engineer

Experience: 3+ years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Test Engineer with hands-on experience in Salesforce testing and Point of Sale (POS) systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating the functionality, performance, and reliability of Salesforce implementations and their integration with POS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT test cases for Salesforce (Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud) and POS systems.

Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.

Validate Salesforce-POS integrations, data sync, and real-time transactions.

Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or SOAP UI.

Perform test automation using Selenium, Provar, or other testing frameworks (if applicable).

Log and track defects, and ensure timely resolution using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.

Ensure high-quality deliverables in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation and reports.

Required Skills & Experience:

3 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce testing.

Experience testing POS systems (e.g., Oracle Retail POS, Square, Lightspeed, or custom POS).

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, objects, workflows, and integrations.

Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies.

Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend testing.

Experience in API testing and integration scenarios.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
