We are seeking a talented AI Engineer with 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science, with hands-on experience in developing AI models and solutions. Experience in Gen AI, Agentic AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering is essential.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement AI models and algorithms.

Build and optimize Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.

Perform data preprocessing, analysis, and visualization.

Train, test, and optimize machine learning models.

Develop and integrate RAG systems to enhance AI performance.

Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve model responses.

Deploy AI solutions and monitor their performance.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.

Proven experience in AI model development and deployment.

Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.

Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and data analysis.

Hands-on experience with Gen AI, Agentic AI, and RAG systems.

Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques.

Experience with cloud platforms and AI tools.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skil

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,100,000.00 per year
