At Neura Dynamics we are seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, Language Models and Python. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building scalable AI solutions, experimenting with cutting-edge models, and deploying real-world applications that add measurable business value.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines for knowledge-driven conversational and analytical systems.
• Develop and manage AI Agents capable of autonomous task execution and decision-making.
• Implement production-grade solutions in Python, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-powered solutions.
• Design and run evaluations for the performance of AI pipelines.
• Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in LLMs, GenAI, and AI Agents.
• Contribute to model evaluation, fine-tuning, and continuous improvement.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in AI/ML development.
• Proven experience with Generative AI and evaluations.
• Strong expertise in Python and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., LangChain).
• Hands-on experience in RAG implementation (vector databases, embeddings, semantic search).
• Experience with data pre-processing for various data types (structured, unstructured) to prepare them for LLM integration.
• Practical knowledge of AI Agents frameworks and orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI/ML deployment.
• Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
