We’re open-source, used by developers across CrewAI, LangGraph, LangChain, and LiteLLM ecosystems, and we’re redefining how humans and AI build together.

Founding AI Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Architect and scale core AI systems for agent feedback, debugging, and auto-fixes.
• Build integrations with agentic frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, and platforms like Slack, Notion etc.
• Experiment with evaluation frameworks, traces, and structured feedback loops.
• Ship fast: design, build, test, and iterate with users in real-time.
• Contribute to open-source, mentor new engineers, and shape the company culture.

We’re Looking For

• 3-6 years of experience building production AI systems or devtools.
• Deep understanding of LLM orchestration, tracing, and prompt engineering.
• Strong in Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, Postgres, and vector databases.
• Preferably an

  ex-founder

  or early builder who has owned product from zero to one.
• Excited about open source, agents, and rethinking how humans collaborate with AI.
