💻 What You’ll Be Doing

own what you build

You’ll work on:

• 🧠 Designing & deploying

  LLM-powered apps

  , chatbots &

  RAG pipelines

  that feel like magic
• 📈 Building

  predictive models & forecasting tools

  to help investors and buyers make smarter choices
• 🤖 Creating

  agentic AI systems

  that automate complex workflows
• 🧱 Owning the end-to-end AI stack — from

  data pipelines to model deployment

  (FastAPI, MLflow, Docker)
• 🧪 Collaborating with a small, sharp team to

  experiment, iterate, and ship fast

🔧 Responsibilities

• Build

  LLM-based workflows

  using APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, etc.)
• Implement

  retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

  using vector DBs and SQL queries
• Develop backend APIs and tools using

  FastAPI

• Ingest and preprocess datasets (CSV, APIs, databases)
• Deploy and maintain lightweight services using

  Docker

• Collaborate closely with frontend and product leads

You Should Know

• ✅ Python (strong experience required)
• ✅ FastAPI or similar Python backend frameworks
• ✅ LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar toolchains
• ✅ Qdrant / FAISS / Chroma or any vector DB
• ✅ SQL (PostgreSQL preferred), Pandas/Numpy
• ✅ RAG design pattern — understanding when/how to use it
• ✅ Git, GitHub, Docker (you don’t need to be a DevOps master, but should handle your env)

Bonus Points

• Experience in real estate, finance, or investment analytics
• Prompt engineering, tool-calling LLM agents
• MLFlow or other model tracking tools
• Experience working with SaaS or user-metered AI products
• You’ve shipped something people used
