voice and text-based AI dialogues

, not general AI/ML engineering.

Core Focus & Experience:

Role Specialization: Conversation Design

for voice and text AI solutions.
  • Experience in Voice Based AI is nice to have, any collage project related to conversational AI or Voice AI.
  • Deliverables: Designing, documenting, and testing conversation trees (wireframes) and user flows.
These are the core competencies required for a candidate to be considered, directly aligning with the role's foundation:
  • Conversational Flow Design: Proven ability to design, map, and document complex conversation trees (wireframes) and user flow diagrams for both voice and text interfaces.
  • UX Writing & Content Strategy: Experience translating technical/business requirements into clear, natural, and brand-consistent dialogue.
  • Prototyping & Iteration: Experience creating, testing, and analyzing prototypes to identify and resolve friction points in user journeys.
  • Documentation: Mastery in creating and maintaining design specs, persona definitions, and style guides.
  • English Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication for documentation and cross-functional alignment.
