🔧 Role Overview

Bristletech is looking for a dedicated and skilled *AI Engineer* with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to join our fast-growing team. You will work on developing and deploying intelligent systems and AI agents that support our digital and automation services.

✅ Key Responsibilities

* Design and develop AI-powered solutions and agents using LLMs and modern frameworks.

* Integrate models into applications using APIs and backend tools (Flask/FastAPI).

* Work with teams to build end-to-end AI workflows and automation tools.

* Maintain and optimize model performance and system efficiency.

* Contribute to innovative internal projects in AI image, video, and text generation.

🧠 Required Skills

* Proficiency in *Python* (with Flask/FastAPI).

* Knowledge of *machine learning* and *deep learning* (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn).

* Hands-on experience with *LLMs, **Langchain, **Vector Databases* (FAISS, Pinecone), and *OpenAI APIs*.

* Experience with *prompt engineering* and developing *chatbots* or *AI agents*.

* Familiar with *Docker*, Git, and API integration.

🛠 Good-to-Have Skills

* Understanding of *MERN Stack* for front-end integration.

* Experience using *n8n*, Zapier, or automation pipelines.

* Basic cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure).

* Exposure to *RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)* systems.

🎓 Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.

* 2+ years of experience in applied AI engineering.
