About the Role:

directly with the CMO on strategic projects

Key Responsibilities

Experiment with AI tools & platforms
to identify, trial, and recommend innovative solutions for marketing and customer engagement.
Coordinate with cross-functional partners:
Brief and work closely with UX, CRM, technology, and bot teams.
Design & optimize user journeys:
Collaborate on developing tools, visualizers, loyalty flows, and interactive marketing experiences.
Build smart workflows:
Test prototypes, drive adoption of new solutions, and meticulously document progress and learnings.

Traits We Value

Curious, self-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity
Hands-on with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva), plus Figma, Notion, Google Sheets, and similar platforms
Strong communicator, creative problem-solver, and fast learner
