Mandatory Skills:

AI/ML or developer tools,AWS,IDE plugin development.

Design and implement seamless integration of Claude AI (Amazon Q) into popular IDEs (e.g., VS Code, IntelliJ, etc.).

Develop plugins/extensions that enable contextual AI assistance, code generation, refactoring, and documentation support.

Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to deliver intuitive AI-powered developer experiences.

Optimize performance and latency of AI interactions within the IDE.

Ensure secure and compliant usage of Claude AI APIs and services.

Monitor usage metrics and continuously improve AI features based on feedback and analytics.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and developer tooling.

5-7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI/ML or developer tools.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java.

Experience with IDE plugin development (e.g., VS Code extensions, JetBrains plugins).

Understanding of RESTful APIs, cloud services (AWS preferred), and secure API integration.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
