Mindible is a UK-based AI Agency that helps businesses scale through automation and digital transformation. We provide AI Agents, workshops, and automation workflows for industries such as healthcare, real estate and consultants. As an AI Developer, you’ll play a key role in building automation workflows, custom AI agents, and integrations that deliver real business impact.

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated AI Developer to join our remote team. You’ll work on a commission only basis, building automation solutions, AI-powered tools, and custom integrations for SMEs across industries.

This is an ideal opportunity for developers who enjoy solving complex problems, experimenting with cutting edge AI platforms, and working flexibly while earning high project based commissions on a part time basis.

AI Development & Automation

• Build automation workflows using n8n and similar platforms.
• Develop and maintain custom AI agents and chatbots.
• Create API connections between client platforms to streamline processes.

Custom Coding & Integrations

• Write scripts and code (e.g., Python, JavaScript) to extend automation capabilities.
• Design and implement scalable technical solutions tailored to client needs.

Innovation & Collaboration

• Explore and test new AI platforms and tools to enhance client solutions.
• Work closely with the Mindible team to deliver projects to high standards.
• Participate in training and feedback sessions during the initial onboarding period.

• Experience with n8n or similar automation platforms.

• Experience in client facing automation or AI projects.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Firebase, AWS, or GCP).
• Knowledge of other automation tools (Zapier, Make).
• Understanding of databases and data management.
