Job Description

We are seeking a skilled AI Developer with 2+ years of experience to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML-based solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in machine learning, data analysis, and model development, and be comfortable working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications
Work with structured and unstructured data for model training
Implement machine learning algorithms and deep learning models
Optimize model performance and accuracy
Integrate AI solutions with backend systems and APIs
Collaborate with software developers and product teams
Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in AI/ML development
Strong knowledge of Python
Experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, or Computer Vision
Hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases is a plus
Good problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Knowledge of deployment tools like Docker
Exposure to LLMs and Generative AI
Experience with REST APIs
