AI Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize AI/ML models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

• Develop and fine-tune neural network architectures for various AI applications.

• Work with LLMs and implement RAG techniques to enhance model performance.

• Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to integrate AI solutions into production.

• Stay updated with emerging AI/ML research and technologies to apply best practices.

• Debug, test, and maintain AI models for scalability, reliability, and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong programming skills in Python.

• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch.

• Deep understanding of neural networks, LLMs, and RAG-based AI systems.

• Experience in training, fine-tuning, and deploying machine learning models.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
