About the Role

We’re hiring a full-stack mobile app developer for a single client project. You’ll be responsible for both the frontend and backend parts of the app and will work closely with our project manager.

To help you move faster, we’ll provide free access to an AI coding tool. Use it smartly to save time and improve efficiency.

We’ll be selecting two developers for this project.

What You’ll Do

• Build a mobile app using React Native, Flutter, or a similar framework.
• Develop and integrate the backend for the app.
• Translate requirements into clean, working features.
• Use our AI assistant wherever it helps speed up your workflow.
• Share updates regularly and be available for short check-ins.
• Handle client data responsibly and follow our security guidelines.
• Deliver the project on time and document your work properly.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in mobile app and backend development.
• A strong portfolio of real projects (GitHub, Play Store, App Store, or screenshots + notes).
• We may also feature your portfolio (with credit) when presenting work to future clients.
• Comfortable using AI coding tools for faster development.
• Good communication skills and reliability in a small team setup.
• Responsible attitude towards data security and deadlines.

Compensation & Terms

• Fixed payment between ₹40,000 and ₹55,000 for this project (depending on scope).
• This is a one-time contract. Future work may be offered if your performance stands out.
• Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted. Two developers will be selected.
