Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative AI, with expertise in designing and developing advanced AI solutions. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create innovative AI models and applications that address complex business challenges.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design and implement scalable AI and machine learning solutions in line with business requirements.

- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to define technical architecture and framework for AI applications.

- Develop and optimize AI models using Python, Flask, and Langchain for deployment in cloud platforms, specifically Azure Open AI.

- Stay current with the latest AI trends and technologies, and bring innovative ideas to the team.

- Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship to junior team members, and uphold best practices in software development.

- Analyze and troubleshoot issues that arise during development and deployment processes.

- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Minimum 10 years and a maximum of 13 years of experience in software development, specifically in AI and machine learning.

- Proven expertise in generative AI, artificial intelligence, and machine learning methodologies.

- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Open AI services, and familiarity with deploying machine learning models in cloud environments.

- Proficiency in Python and relevant frameworks (Flask, Langchain).

- Experience in designing AI architectures, including data pipelines and preprocessing techniques.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
