The Opportunity

Star Systems India Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI and Digital Skills Training Consultant for a critical 3-month on-site engagement in Chennai.

We are looking for an expert dedicated to empowering our students with advanced, real-world skills in understanding, applying, and mastering modern AI tools and digital professional practices, as outlined in our "AI and Digital Skills" course.

Key Responsibilities

As a Consultant Trainer, your core responsibilities will be centered on delivering the "AI and Digital Skills" syllabus with practical expertise:

• Curriculum Delivery: Conducting dynamic, engaging training sessions with deep dives into:
• Analyzing AI concepts, evolution, ethics, and differentiating Generative vs. Traditional AI.
• Formulating effective Prompt Engineering techniques and integrating ChatGPT workflows for professional and creative tasks.
• Designing AI-driven solutions and optimizing productivity using GPT-4, Bing, and MS Office AI tools.
• Developing a professional digital identity (e.g., LinkedIn, Career Branding) and implementing secure digital safety/financial practices.
• Material Development: Creating, updating, and refining high-quality training materials, hands-on labs, and practical assessment modules directly aligned with the course objectives.
• Mentorship & Practical Application: Providing guidance and facilitating practical, project-based learning to ensure participants can effectively apply AI tools and digital strategies in a professional setting.

Requirements:

• Expertise (Mandatory): Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience working with or teaching modern AI tools, including hands-on experience with platforms like ChatGPT (GPT-4), Bing AI, and other large language models.
• Training Experience: Proven experience in a Technical Training, teaching, or corporate mentoring role is a significant plus.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI and digital literacy topics clearly and engagingly.
• Contract Ready: Ability to commit to a 3-month, on-site consulting engagement in Chennai.
• Career Flexibility: Individuals currently on a career break are strongly encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the EdTech or corporate training sector focusing on digital transformation or AI literacy is a plus.
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, IT, Communications, or a related technical field.
