Role Description: Full Stack Technical Trainer Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Full Stack Technical Trainer Consultant for a focused 3-month on-site engagement in Porur, Chennai.

The primary role is to develop and deliver high-quality, intensive training programs for our internal team and students, focusing exclusively on the core technologies and best practices of Full Stack Development. You will be responsible for empowering learners with the practical, hands-on skills needed for modern application architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Delivery: Conduct intensive, engaging, and hands-on training sessions covering the entire full-stack application lifecycle.
• Front-End Expertise: Deliver training on modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js), including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Back-End Mastery: Lead sessions on server-side programming using technologies like Node.js, Java (Spring Boot), or Python (Django/Flask), focusing on application logic and data processing.
• API & Database: Teach best practices for designing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating with both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
• Material Development: Design, create, and update comprehensive training materials, lab exercises, code samples, and practical capstone projects.
• Assessment & Mentorship: Evaluate trainee performance through coding challenges and projects, providing constructive feedback and one-on-one mentorship.
• Industry Trends: Integrate current SDLC methodologies (like Agile/Scrum) and tools (Git/GitHub) into the training structure.

Qualifications (Mandatory)

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional, hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer (or equivalent role).
• Training Background: Proven experience in a Technical Training, Teaching, or Corporate Mentoring role.
• Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Commitment: Must be available to commit to a full-time, 3-month consulting engagement starting immediately.
• Location: Ability to work on-site in our Porur, Chennai office.
• Communication: Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working as a trainer or consultant within the EdTech or corporate training sector.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
