Job Context Order accuracy and adherence to customer specifications. On-time order processing and production scheduling Customer satisfaction and feedback on order handling and delivery. Inventory accuracy related to order processing. Order cycle time – the time it takes from order receipt to product delivery. Quality control results – defect rates and quality checks on completed orders. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Strong technical knowledge of window products, materials, and manufacturing processes, Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and product specifications. Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and other related software for data management and reporting Strong problem-solving skills to resolve order discrepancies, technical issues, and customer concerns.
