Plan and execute target achievement on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis
Generate sales with existing customers and develop opportunities with new customers within the assigned territory
Develop new dealers from untapped areas through market penetration
Establish, maintain, and expand the dealer network
Address the needs and queries of retailers and facilitate them for better functioning
Share information and knowledge of various schemes, products, etc., offered by the company to dealers
Conduct sales promotional activities like farmers meets, field visits, and product demonstrations
Hold farmers meetings regularly to maximize awareness about the brand and its products
Attend agri meetups, Kissan Melas, and exhibitions to promote the brand and products to end users
Provide daily reporting on sales activities to top management
Collect customer feedback and conduct market research
