Agri Sales Manager

About the Role:

Katyayani Organics is seeking a passionate and experienced Team Coach to lead and expand our agronomy-focused sales team. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who blends strong agronomic knowledge with proven sales capabilities and a team-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to exceed the set revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and upskill the sales team for high performance and career growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
• Set and manage sales KPIs; track performance against goals.
• Educate the team on product technicalities (seeds, fertilizers, crop protection).
• Deliver accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and regular reports to senior management.
• Drive the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent command of English and Hindi. Bonus if you know regional languages like Marathi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Agronomy, Agriculture, or Crop Science.
• 3-5 years of experience in Agri-sales
