We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our team someone who can bring expertise, precision, and leadership to our contract management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement contract management best practices, policies, and procedures.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors and clients.
• Manage contract variations, amendments, and extensions efficiently.
• Oversee vendor relationships, performance evaluations, and payment processes.
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on contract-related matters.
• Prepare and present contract-related reports and analysis.
• Handle risk management and dispute resolution effectively.
• Lead and mentor the contracts team.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Strong understanding of contract law and legal principles.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with solid analytical and organizational abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience in high-rise residential projects preferred.
