Roles and Responsibilities. 1. Material Management: Proper space and storage allocation Use of LIFO/FIFO method, wherever applicable 2. Inventory Control: Ensure physical stock vs. system records is maintained. Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies. ABC analysis. 3. Documentation & Reporting: Ensure daily GRN is punched. Proper system issue done. Track daily inward/outward registers. Ensure material consumption and stock reports to head office or project managers on weekly basis, MIS Present report on non-moving item, lying is store for more than 90 days in PRM 4. Coordination: Ensure store coordinate with purchase, site engineers, and vendors for timely material delivery. Alert procurement team in advance for reordering items. Support internal teams with tool and consumables management. 5. Safety & Compliance: Ensure proper storage to prevent material damage, theft, or accidents. Comply with health and safety standards at the store location. Implement fire safety and protective measures for hazardous items. 6. Tools & Equipment Handling: Maintain records of issued tools and their return. Maintain Asset register and conduct half yearly audit Skills Required: Knowledge of construction materials and tools Basic computer skills (Excel, High Rise software) Accuracy in data presentation Organizational and time management skills Familiarity with safety and compliance standards Team handling capabilities Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in Real Estate Industry.
