AGM / Sr. Manager - Fabrication Shop & Maintenance - Khopoli

Role & responsibilities Should have hands on work experience in Milling, Machining, Cutting, Welding, grinding, fabrication of steels, aluminum alloys, non-metals and others. Having sound experience on Machine Assemble, manufacturing and tool room machines such as Shaping, Milling, Lathe, CNC, VMC, HBM, Slotting, Drilling, Planner, Surface and Cylindrical grinding, Wire Cutting, Laser Cutting etc. Sound knowledge of Metallurgy of Ferrous, Non-Ferrous and alloy steel, Fabrication and machining and Heat Treatment. Having working experience in Mechanical Maintenance of Chemical / Pharma Plants will be added advantage. Must have hands on experience in various types of Welding like ARC, CO2, Argon Welding, Cutting of Metals by Gas Cutter and Pug Cutting machine and also know about fitting jobs, Light and Heavy Fabrication, selection of welding rods. Should possess sound knowledge of Terminology for Threads, Gears etc. Knowledge of Inspection of Jobs self and with Third Party checking of all NDT like welding joints by DP, MPI, Radiography and Hydro Test and Load Test etc. Rich experience of operating, maintaining & testing fabricated & existing plant Equipment's like Reactors, Centrifuges, Dryers, Pumps etc. Should be able to read engineering / Mechanical drawings & hands on experience on CAD. Additional responsibility will involve monitoring maintenance of all chemical plants & Mineral Processing equipment's, preventive maintenance. Provide leadership to ensure the maintenance methods or procedures are precise and adhered too. Responsible to find out new vendors and get the job executed by taking all the safety precautions for self and others. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 15 years of experience out of which 5 years must be in managerial role in a Engineering Company. Should be able to lead a team of Engineers, Fabricators, Welders, Turners & Fitters etc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Dynamic candidate with age criteria between 45-55 years. Strong troubleshooting and Analytical Skills. Willing to travel Local as well as International if the need be.
