Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Shall be responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Experience of operating and maintaining Equipment/s like Reactors, Centrifuges, Dryers, Pumps etc.
Will have to handle Gearboxes, Mechanical Seals etc.
Responsibility will involve maintaining a safe work environment and training manpower.
Servicing and replacing old or faulty equipment.
Handling document as per statutory requirements.
Ensure Housekeeping is up to mark near all the equipment/s.
Should have knowledge of indenting and material issue
Awareness about Fire and Safety, Plant Engineering and maintenance. Knowledge of OHSAS & IMS guidelines.
Providing technical support and training on new Equipment
Preparation of daily Utility Reports.

Preferred candidate profile

5-10 years of working experience in Mechanical Maintenance Department of Chemical Industry.
B.E. (Mechanical ).
Ability to handle complete maintenance of Chemical plant.
Strong troubleshooting and Analytical Skills.
Can handle Breakdown Maintenance.
Candidates from Raigad / Nearby areas will be preferred.
