Role: Responsible for the overall development, implementation, and progress of strategic business targets for the South Africa Region, primarily focusing on Zimbabwe, Botswana, and Namibia.
Business Development:
- Approach customers to generate leads for Out-Licensing and Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) business across South Africa.
- Understand customer requirements, prepare commercial quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Initiate and coordinate with stakeholders to finalize various types of contracts, including Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDA), Licensing, and CMO agreements.
Project Management:
- Act as the liaison between different departments to ensure the smooth and timely execution of projects.
- Provide front-line customer service for various projects.
MIS Management:
- Prepare and monitor the database for new business development activities.
- Conduct related data analysis and prepare presentations.
