Assist the General Manager: Support the GM with daily operations, strategic planning, and decision-making.
Staff management: Supervise employees, manage schedules, conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and foster a positive team environment.
Operational oversight: Ensure the smooth running of daily operations, including inventory management, process optimization, and enforcing company policies and procedures.
Financial management: Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and cost control to ensure profitability.
Customer relations: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Performance analysis: Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data, and generate reports for management review.
Strategic support: Help develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals and targets.
