AGM Sales

As an Assistant General Manager - Sales in our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and foster strong customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company revenue goals. - Identifying new market opportunities and driving business growth. - Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing sales team. - Setting performance goals, conducting regular performance reviews, and ensuring revenue growth through effective sales management. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. - Overseeing sales operations, managing budgets and forecasts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives. - Conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and providing insights and recommendations to the executive team based on market analysis. - Traveling outside India for two weeks every month as part of market development and client relations. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. - Proven experience as a Senior Sales Manager or in a senior sales leadership role with a minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience. - Strong track record of driving sales growth, achieving revenue targets, and possessing excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in sales management software, MS Office Suite, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
