AGM Project Sales

As a Sales Manager for the sales building projects segment in the assigned geographical area, your role is crucial in delivering year on year sales growth. You will achieve this by building a strong pipeline, establishing relationships with key decision makers, and gaining competitor intelligence in the builders/contractor customer segments. Your focus will be on positioning building electrical products/brands such as MCB, DB, Wires & Switches from Havells, Standard & Crabtree to the respective stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver Year on Year Sales Growth in the assigned territory for the builders project segment. - Generate a pipeline/enquiry bank to drive business growth through regular follow-up. - Build long-term relationships with key decision makers and key influencers in customer segments to ensure brand presence in all opportunities. - Collaborate with the prescription team on product approvals for architects, contractors, and interior designers. - Ensure 100% accuracy in forecasting products based on sales pipeline. - Maintain 100% compliance with organization initiatives such as SFA, Retail KAM, DMS, etc., for yourself and your team. - Lead and support the team to achieve targets, provide development feedback, and aim for less than 10% voluntary attrition.
