AGM Project Sales

You will be responsible for delivering year-on-year sales growth for the sales building projects segment in the assigned geographical area by building a pipeline, establishing strong relationships, and gaining competitor intelligence in the builders/contractor customer segments. Your role will involve positioning all the building electrical products/brands of Havells, Standard & Crabtree such as MCB, DB, Wires & Switches to the respective stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include: - Delivering year-on-year sales growth in the assigned territory for the builders project segment. - Generating a pipeline/enquiry bank for propelling business growth through regular follow-up. - Building long-term relationships with key decision makers in the respective customer segments/key influencers to ensure brand presence in all opportunities. - Collaboratively working with the prescription team on the product approvals of architects, contractors, and interior designers (influencer segment). - Ensuring 100% accuracy in forecasting the products as per the sales pipeline. - Maintaining 100% compliance with organization initiatives such as SFA, Retail KAM, DMS, etc., from yourself and your team. - Building and handholding the team to achieve their targets and providing development feedback. Ensuring less than 10% voluntary attrition. Qualifications required for this role: - Any B.E/B.Tech from the relevant industry.
