AGM Planning and Architecture

As an Assistant General Manager (AGM) or Deputy General Manager (DGM) in Planning and Architecture, you will be responsible for overseeing the architectural planning, design, and execution of various real estate projects. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that projects are completed successfully within budget and regulatory requirements. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Lead the architectural design and planning of residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects. - Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to create innovative and functional architectural designs. - Ensure all designs comply with regulatory requirements and budget constraints. - Oversee the entire lifecycle of projects from conception to completion. - Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. - Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets. - Manage and mentor a team of architects, designers, and planners. - Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. - Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project status. - Ensure designs and construction meet high-quality standards and comply with relevant codes and regulations. - Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and resolve any design-related issues. - Promote sustainable design practices and incorporate green building principles into projects. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field. In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications, you will also be involved in liaison with architects and local statutory bodies for finalizing designs, preparing inputs in construction drawings, coordinating site-related issues, leading finishing items, preparing GFC drawings, executing detailing at the site, and more. Your expertise in Urban Planning & Architecture Sustainable Design, Climate-Resilient Strategies, Project Management & Leadership, Design Feasibility, and Stakeholder Management will be crucial in this role. Your ability to promote innovative design solutions, facilitate team building and leadership, and ensure standards compliance will contribute to the success of real estate projects.,
