Role Overview

:
The Senior Marketing Lead will be responsible for leading and overseeing marketing activities across multiple project sites within the assigned region. This role demands strategic thinking, creative leadership, and operational excellence to ensure all marketing efforts from project launch to sustenance are aligned with both developer vision and company objectives.
The candidate will mentor and guide mid-level marketing managers, oversee campaign planning and execution, and act as a key liaison between developers, agencies, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Marketing Leadership:

Develop regional marketing strategies and launch plans in alignment with business goals and developer objectives.
Conceptualize and lead 360 marketing campaigns for new project launches and ongoing sustenance projects.
Prepare strategic presentations, brand positioning documents, and launch decks during project onboarding.
Ensure marketing initiatives are insight-driven, measurable, and deliver on ROI expectations.

2. Team Management Mentorship:

Lead, mentor, and supervise mid-level marketing managers and executives managing individual sites.
Review and guide marketing plans, creative briefs, and campaign strategies prepared by subordinates.
Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a performance-driven culture across the marketing team.

3. Developer Stakeholder Relationship Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for developer partners within the region.
Translate developer briefs and brand vision into actionable marketing strategies.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with developer marketing heads, sales teams, and agency partners.

4. Launch Sustenance Oversight:

Oversee complete marketing execution during project launches including campaign planning, creative development, and on-ground activations.
Monitor and guide sustenance-phase projects to ensure consistent visibility and brand recall.
Ensure marketing calendars, timelines, and milestones are strictly followed.

5. Creative Direction Brand Governance:

Oversee creation and quality of all marketing collaterals, creatives, and communication assets.
Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all digital, print, and on-ground media.
Provide creative direction and strategic feedback to agencies and internal creative teams.

6. Media Budget Management

:
Review and approve regional marketing budgets prepared by mid-level teams.
Ensure optimized allocation of spends across digital, BTL, OOH, and other marketing channels.
Evaluate campaign performance and recommend strategic optimizations.

7. Reporting Performance Tracking:

Review periodic reports from site teams and consolidate regional marketing performance dashboards.
Present strategic insights and performance updates to senior management and developers.
Ensure accurate maintenance of marketing data on ERP/CRM systems.

Desired Skills Qualifications:

Bachelor s/Master s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
8 10 years of experience in marketing/brand management (real estate experience mandatory).
Proven experience in handling multiple project launches and managing cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of real estate marketing, brand positioning, digital strategy, and sales enablement.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic mindset with strong creative acumen and execution discipline.
Proficiency in budgeting, media planning, and performance tracking tools.
