Role & responsibilities Identify Potential Customers. Contact and Generate Request for quote (RFQ). Prepare, submit quote and close the deal. Generate POs and ensure Timely Development and Sample approval Ensure repeat orders for developed parts. Get additional business to bridge the gap between insatlled capacity and order booked. Maintain relation with customers. Ensure Timely delivery of orders. Generate additional busniess from existing customers Discuss and settle Commercial and Quality issues with customers. Manage a Team of Sales officers / Managers. . Preferred candidate profile BE - Mechanical / Diploma - Mechanical "OR" Metallurgical Engineering BE - Mechanical "OR" Metallurgical Engineering Minimum 15 Yrs Experience in Marketing & Business Development in Engineering Industry. Preferably in Forged and Machined Products. "OR" Experience in any general engineering company both in manufacturing and marketing. Critical Attributes / Qualities :- Strong Customer - Management Skill and Leadership Skill. Proficient computer skills + MIS / Documentation & Presentation Skill + Experience analysing data. Adequate orientation in manufacturing of process and plant. Good People Skill + Excellent Communication Skill / Team-work & co-ordination skill. Curiosity & Innovative Thinking + Sales Minded. Confidence and decision-making abilities. Perks and benefits . 15 Lakh ~ . 20 Lakh (Per Annum) & other benefits as per Company's standards.
