Role & responsibilities Knowledge of Forging design 3D modeling with Unigraphics Constructing & proving CNC & VMC Programmes for new components using Master CAM Software Design & Commissioning of fixture & tooling necessary for machining new components Continous improvement of manufacturing process to achive cost, quality & delivery Ability to set CNC VMC Machines as required Flexiblity and ability to adapt changes Knowledge of Haas, Mori-seiki, Doosan, takisawa, mazak would be an advantage Strong Knowledge of equipments within a machine shop This tentative JD's enclosed herewith, however if any additional responsibility from your reporting officer / supervisor will be the part of this Job description Housekeeping TPM, 5"S",ISMS is the additional role and responsibities apart from regular job Need to adher strictly time management, HR Policies and rules's set by organisation time-to-time Preferred candidate profile BE MECHANICAL / DIPLOMA MECHANICAL with relevant software experience with 4 to 6 years of experience.
