Maintenance of 1*20 Tph AFBC Boiler & 2*38 Tph WHRB Boiler

  • MaintenanceofW.T.P,A.C.C,B.F.P,Fans,Blowers,GearBox,Pumps,E.S.P,A.P.H,Oil&HydraulicSystemand Valves.
  • CarriedoutdailyworklikeMaterials & ManpowerPlanning,materialprocurement,
  • Modification of Hot Air gate of Boiler Coal mill #1 &2 (HP-743, Alstom- make) from fully closed gate to Gland system. After this modification no Boiler shut down taken. (After modification Hot air gate of coal mill (HP-743) are working very smoothly).
  • Developed new vendor for OEM/ Import substitution and cost conscious.
  • Modification in Worm shaft gland (Retrofit) system.
  • Provision for Top radial bearing outer race locking (Dowelling) arrangement.
  • Provision for feeder Hot & cold end bearing outer race locking arrangement.
  • Reduced maintenance time of Knife gate valve of rejection tank. Modified Knife gate valve body seat by providing replaceable seat.

  • ExecutionofpowerplantprojectphaseusingMS Projectand SAP (PSModule).
  • UpdatehistoryrecordsofscheduledmaintenanceusingSAP (PM Module).
