Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Consolidating Annual operating plan, estimates, Monthly profitability, variance analysis and presentation to head of the division by coordinating with plants and other functions
Business case evaluation for new projects/ new product discussion with various departments providing the cost data and analyzing it with existing cost structure
Managing Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable (Working Capital Management)
Internal audit & Statutory audit coordination Coordinating with internal auditors and plant, ensuring proper audit reply and compliance. Pre audit on plants before actual internal audit to ensure compliance
Preparation for board and audit committee meetings
Ensuring compliances regarding TDS, GST, PF, ESI etc.

Preferred candidate profile:

15+ years of experience
Commercially savvy and hands on experience in general accounting and taxation
Expertise in cost management and financial modelling
Strong ability to develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
In-depth understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, overhead absorption, and cost allocation. Maintain strong connections with several stakeholders in multiple locations
Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, and other statutory compliances
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge in Inventory accounting in SAP HANA (Actual cost run and analysis)
Knowledge of the auto components industry’s financial drivers, pricing structures, and regulatory environment.
