Requirements

Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and provide regular updates to senior leadership

Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Address client escalations, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions.

Ensure high accuracy in coding transactions and compliance with billing regulations.

Collaborate with cross-functional and support teams to enable seamless operations.

Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and high performance across coding teams.

Identify and implement process improvement initiatives, including automation and RPA solutions where applicable.

Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and prompt issue resolution.

Experience:
Minimum 13 years in Healthcare Operations, including at least 5 years in HCC coding leadership.

Certification:
Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) is mandatory.

Proven experience managing large, diverse teams and driving operational excellence.

Strong knowledge of HCC coding guidelines, compliance standards, and healthcare regulations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and enhance team productivity.
